SpaLot is a digital salon marketplace designed to connect transient visitors with local salons / spas, licensed professionals and their products based on your needs, location, and schedule.

Who can sign up as a customer? What makes SpaLot special?
Any one who likes salon or spa hopping.
We only charge a fixed monthly fee to our customers. This gives you complete freedom to pick any salon or professional without worrying about the price change. Currently, we are offering monthly packages to transient visitors, such as:  

  • Travelling Professionals  

  • Young Scholars

What are 'Monthly Pre-Paid' Services?
You accumulate pre-paid credit by paying SpaLot a monthly fee. This feature allows you to enjoy a facial, massage, or a quick haircut by visiting any of the SpaLot partner salons / spas in your area without worrying about paying at the end of your service. You can also use this credit towards the purchase of products listed on SpaLot. We will take care of your transactions and gratuity. 

How do I sign up to be a SpaLot customer?
You can start by signing up for a free account. Just go to www.spalot.com/sign-up/ and follow the directions on your screen, and you will be contacted by a member of our team within one (1) business day.  

How and who do I pay? Is there a contract?
There is no contract. You can start or cancel our services as you please.

SpaLot is a digital salon marketplace designed to streamline retail interactions for local salon and spas. We increase our clients’ revenue opportunities by providing them a web portal to retail and acquire non-local or transient customers.

Who can sign up as a client?
You are eligible if you carry one of these licenses, or positions:

  • Licensed Barber

  • Licensed Cosmetologist (with specialities in skin care and hair care)

  • Licensed Esthetician

  • Licensed Electrologist

  • Salon / Spa Manager

  • Salon / Spa Owner

How do I sign up to be a SpaLot client?
Signing up for a free trial is easy! Just go to spalot.com/professionals and follow the directions on your screen, and you will be contacted by a member of our team within one (1) business day.


My salon has products that I want to retail. Can you walk me through the process briefly?
After you sign up for our free trial, our client representative will connect with you to learn about your products, your preferred target customers and pricing. SpaLot then acts as your digital sales team.

Once a customer places an order on www.spalot.com, our web software sends the invoice to the nearest salon/spa carrying the ordered product. After the product is shipped and a tracking number is generated, SpaLot transfers money into the salon's account after deducting the service fees.
